Shipping PhotoMosiac to arrive in perfect condition can be challenging, but don’t worry we have been doing it successfully for a long time. Nothing is more important to us than your complete satisfaction. That is why we take great care creating our product and hand packing your order. We guarantee that your order will arrive at the peak of freshness and in the best condition possible.

Our preferred method and the most economical shipping rate is USPS Priority. The dates customers have to choose from are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

If you would like a guaranteed delivery day, please choose UPS or FEDEX (but remember, since we make to order, it may take up to 3 days before the shipment leaves our shop.)

After ordering, please make every effort to notify the recipient that a package will be arriving. Once the package has left our hands we cannot assume responsible for items left unattended in warm weather, such as:

• Delays caused by the shipping company

• Damage or theft of packages after the package has been delivered to the specified address

• Returned or delayed packages due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address

• Packages left unattended outside in warm weather

 

We will typically ship within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed.​

Rates are based on each shipping address and size of product.

The most economical shipping rate is USPS Priority.  However, the time line given is only an estimate.  USPS doesn’t guarantee delivery within that timeframe.  During most of the year, it is a very accurate indicator of delivery time, but around any holiday can take a little longer.
